I’m excited to say that “Ain’t You Scared?”, my short, creepy Southern Gothic tale, has bagged an Honorable Mention in the annual Stoneslide Corrective Story Contest! Stoneslide Corrective is a weekly e-zine and annual print magazine that delivers some of the finest in literary fiction, and their annual Contest is highly competitive, so it’s an honor and a privilege to appear in this post about the 2015 winners.
On a side note, “Ain’t You Scared?” has placed in three different contests now, but I’m having a dickens of a time finding a magazine to publish it. If you know of any place that might be interested in piece about a nasty little girl, a neglected little boy, and a local ghost who kills with a touch, drop me a line . . . .
